The school management was taken over by the current board of directors in the year 2005 and was named ‘Shikshaa Matriculation Higher Secondary School’. Currently, the school follows “Samacheer Kalvi” (Equitable education system) with English as the medium of instruction.

The school is led by the president Mr. N. Ranjit B.Tech (IIT, Madras) and M.B.A (Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta). He was awarded KR memorial Gold medal for securing the first rank in IIT. He also received numerous additional honors including the Hindustan lever scholarship and Roll of Honour in IIM. A very positive personality endowed with business acumen and zeal to accomplish.
