It is managed by “St Sebastian’s Educational Institutions’’ a registered Charitable Public Trust formed by the parishioners of St. Sebastian’s Church (New) Udayamperoor. The Archbishop of Ernakulam – Angamay is the patron of the school. Rev. Fr. Vicar of the Church is the Managing Trustee of the Trust and the Manager of the School. He is assisted by an advisory council consisting of eminent persons selected from the parishioners.
